There are still five Warcraft 3 heroes that not transitioned into HotS yet and we KNOW from previous discussion from devs they are in various stages of production.

We know from data mining that there are “parts” of 18 unannounced heroes but the datamining entries are slim enough that we don’t really have a good sense of who they MIGHT be.

We know Blizzard has a “list of 100 popular heroes” that they have been working through as reported by the previous lead dev of HotS, Alan Dabiri.
